Google*
* Powered by Synergis IT + Creative
Victoria operates in a contractor capacity through Synergis IT + Creative to support AI education and workforce learning initiatives for Google. She teaches nonprofit organizations how to use AI effectively. She has designed an agentic AI system that delivers Socratic-style feedback on apprenticeship program assignments. She also co-managed the GenAI-integrated computer science courses development in partnership with UC San Diego and faculty from HBCUs and HSIs across North America as part of the Teach CS with AI initiative.
Microsoft
Developed an AI learning curriculum for marketing professionals focused on applying agentic AI to real product management, marketing strategy, and go-to-market workflows. The curriculum introduced learners to how AI agents can support complex business tasks, then guided them through practical examples such as product positioning, audience research, customer segmentation, competitive analysis, campaign planning, messaging development, strategic prioritization, and decision support. The goal was to help teams move beyond general AI awareness and build hands-on confidence using AI as a practical tool for improving strategy, productivity, and cross-functional marketing work.
CrewAI
Designed and delivered a public-facing workshop on the CrewAI platform, making multi-agent AI systems accessible to a broader professional audience. The workshop introduced learners to how AI agents can collaborate on complex tasks, coordinate multi-step workflows, and support decision-making processes. Through hands-on instruction, participants learned how to design, configure, and orchestrate agent teams using CrewAI, moving from foundational concepts to practical implementation. The experience was built to help teams understand where multi-agent systems add the most value, how to structure agent roles and responsibilities, and how to apply agentic AI to real business and operational workflows with confidence.

Assessment Evolved: Formative Assessment in a Generative AI Era
"We hear a lot in the media about AI being used for 'cheating' — and to my mind, this means we are still failing to acknowledge the greater ethical concerns that come with the use of this new technology. To combat this, students engage much more effectively when educators acknowledge the importance of AI's role in our world today. We can encourage students and teachers to collaborate honestly by shifting toward Assessment as Learning (AaL), where the assessment activities themselves are the learning opportunities, and clarifying the role of AI in that process."
This Pearson report — drawing on views from 1,000+ educators and global experts — explores how formative assessment must evolve when students have access to generative AI. The core question shifts from "did the student write this alone?" to "can they explain their thinking and use AI as a tool for learning rather than a shortcut around it?"
