Founder
Victoria Lansdown is the Founder of North Star AI Enablement, where she helps organizations turn the rapidly evolving possibilities of AI into practical, responsible, and measurable transformation. Her work sits at the intersection of AI, education, and the future of work — translating emerging technologies into strategies, tools, and experiences people can actually use.
She has helped design and lead AI learning and enablement initiatives reaching nearly one million learners across more than 120 countries, with programs at Google and MIT RAISE, contributions to UNESCO's AI Competency Frameworks, and a seat on Pearson's AI Strategic Council.
Her perspective is shaped by a career spanning K–12 education, higher education, workforce development, and technology. Having worked as a teacher, program manager, curriculum designer, instructional designer, and AI program strategist, she focuses on closing the gap between what AI can do and what organizations are actually prepared to adopt.
